Congratulations to Blue Cross, they finally realized how mucked up their client service, billing, informing policy holders of the new Federal laws, etc.
So now B/Cross will allow brokers to help those clients who bought their B/Cross health plan directly from B/Cross (or e-Health, or elsewhere)
